You don’t have to figure everything out on your own. We’re here to help.

Eagles Nest offers 15 therapy sessions for individuals ages 12–18 with a registered psychotherapist or social worker.

A Safe Place to Talk.

Therapy is a safe, confidential, and judgment-free space to talk about what you’re going through. Your therapist will listen, support you and help you work toward your goals.

Together with your therapist, you can learn to understand your emotions, manage stress and anxiety, build healthy coping skills, work through difficult experiences and develop strategies to support your mental health.
