Learn to identify and engage people with thoughts of suicide and connect them with care
This in-person suicide prevention workshop is designed to help participants recognize warning signs of suicide, start conversations, and link individuals to intervention resources. This workshop does not lead to a certification but participants will receive a certificate of completion. Facilitated by Re:Mind Mental Health Services.

How to help a friend struggling with their mental health
This virtual workshop will help you better understand mental health and provides tools and strategies to support your friends and peers who may be struggling or dealing with negative mental health. Led by Kathryn Tousaw, Registered Psychotherapist, DTATI.
