Parenting With Perspective
Practical support for kids and youth dealing with anxiety and depression
This virtual workshop provides practical strategies to support your children who are struggling or dealing with mental health conditions. You will learn to recognize the signs of anxiety and depression and receive tools and resources to help you care for your children. Led by Candice Langlois, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).

Mental Health First Aid Essentials
Learn to recognize signs of mental health challenges and how to respond to them
This virtual workshop provides the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to support a person who may be experiencing a decline in their mental well-being, or a mental health or substance use crisis until professional help is available. This course does not lead to a certification. Led by Alexandra Myers, Registered Psychotherapist, Certified Opening Minds Trainer.
