Rescued & Restored Policies

All sales at Rescued & Restored are final.

Rescued & Restored will hold fully paid purchases for 7 days. 

On day 8, a flat storage fee of $10 per week (large item) or $5 per week (small item) will be applied and collected when the item is picked up.  After 30 days, if the item is still not picked up it will be donated back to the store.  Staff will attempt to contact the customer before day 30. 

Rescued & Restored is not responsible for incorrect phone numbers or emails, missed calls, unanswered emails or other communication issues beyond our control.
